Chairperson – Anne Njeri Mbugua
Mrs. Mbugua was admitted to the Kenyan Bar in 1993. She specializes in litigation. She handles Commercial Law litigation, Aviation Law litigation, Family and Succession Law litigation. She also takes on Securities Realization, Judicial Reviews and Mediation. Mrs. Mbugua is a dynamic litigator and has an impressive record of success. She is currently involved in the creation of a Mediation
Centre that will be focused on amicable settlement of disputes. She Chairs the Kenya Christian Lawyers Fellowship (KCLF) and Musyimi & Company Advocates.
She is the current Vice-President of the Haggai Institute (Kenyan Chapter); an international Leadership Development Centre that equips persons to be leaders in their professions. Mrs. Mbugua has also been extensively involved in in-house civic education for corporate bodies and Registered Societies. She continues to participate in radio and television programs on
various aspects of legal interest, including Family Law
Mr. Charles Kanjama
He is the Vice-Chair, Kenya Christian Professionals Forum. He is also the Managing Partner of Muma & Kanjama Advocates and recently served in the LSK Council as Council Member and Treasurer, besides for several years serving as Convenor of LSK’s Constitutional Implementation and Law Reform Committee.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi (Hons), with a postgraduate diploma in law from the Kenya School of Law. He is qualified as a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (M.ClArb), a practicing Certified Public Secretary (CPS(K)), and a qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA(K)).
He is the Trust Administrator/Secretary of Strathmore Educational Trust, a brand name in quality education. He also teaches at Strathmore Business School (SBS) and Strathmore Law School (SLS) where he lectures Legal Systems, Criminal Law, Healthcare Law and Human Resource Law. Charles is a Non-Executive Director of Pacis Insurance Co. Ltd and Convenor of its Audit Risk and Governance Committee. He also sits as a Board Member of the National Transport and Safety Authority where he chairs the Technical Committee.
Mr Daniel Muiruri is the treasurer of KCPF. He is a certified public accountant(CPAK) and a Certified public secretary(CPSk). He holds a masters in Business Administration (Finance) and Bachelor of science(Physics) from University of Nairobi. He is a managing partner Thomas and Daniel Associates and member of CITAM valley road church.
Mr. Vincent Kimosop
Vincent K. Kimosop currently serves as the Lead Consultant at SOVEREIGN INSIGHT. The consulting firm provides innovative and cutting edge solutions to public, private and non-state actors in the area of Strategy, Policy, Governance and Advisory Services.
He is the immediate Chief Executive Officer of the International Institute for Legislative Affairs (IILA). He joined the organization in January 2009 as the Programme Coordinator. In this capacity he responsible for providing overall leadership in the delivery of institute’s mandate in Policy Research, Drafting, and Capacity Building for effective delivery.
He also serves in Boards of different Institutions among them the Unclaimed Financial Assets Authority, Governing Council of FOCUS Kenya; The East African Centre of Human Rights and the Kenya Christian Professionals Forum.
He previously worked with Transparency International (Kenyan chapter) where he was responsible for coordinating the development of tools and publications to benchmarks the nation’s progress in the fight against graft. He was part of the technical reference group that advised the Kenyan government on a governance, justice, law and order reform programme. During this period, he also served as in the technical team that produced the first ever strategic plan for the civil society in Kenya.
He has also worked with Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA) which is civic forum that seeks to promote pluralism of ideas through open, active and informed debate on public policy issues, in the capacity of a Research Assistant. His duties involved coordinating the production of Policy research reports on constituency development, so as to facilitate the use of futures methodologies like visioning, scenarios building and strategic planning to improve the use of devolved funds at the constituency level.

Daniel Kiura is a Medical Doctor having received his Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Nairobi in 2006. Since then he has worked in both public and private hospitals in Kenya and as a Consultant in Capacity Building for Quality in Health Care. He is a certified ISO-Lead Auditor with an interest in the creation of systems that increase efficiency and quality in the delivery of health care. He was previously the Manager Capacity Building at Reuels Health Consulting Ltd and is currently Quality Advisor at the Aga Khan University Hospital Nairobi. He Serves as Council Member of Human Life International-Kenya as well as Co-convener of KCPF Life Committee & Linda Uhai Consortium.
